GUIDELINES
- All participants are requested to fill the google form beforehand.
- All participants are requested to report at the registration desk from 8:00 am on 14th October 2022. Registration desk will close at sharp 9:00 am.
- Participants should bring their College ID or any other valid ID Proof.
- IEEE Members should bring documents that show their membership status. (Membership card, Society membership certificate etc.).
- Requests for refunds from participants will not be entertained.
- Swapping of tickets or slots are not allowed.
- Registration for workshops will be the same as the one mentioned during the online registration. No change or reassigning is possible.
- The event will be conducted from 14th October 2022, 9:00 am to 16th October 2022, 3:00 pm. Participation certificates will be issued to only those who stays till the closing ceremony.
- Once you register and enter for the event you are not allowed to leave the college premises under any circumstances. So, participants are requested to bring all the essential items.
- Participants who are taking medication should bring adequate dosage of medicines with them. .
- Participants are requested to bring laptops, extension cords and any other devices that are needed for the workshop
- Accommodation for the candidates is arranged in the college hostel itself for 14th and 15th night. 4 participants will be sharing a room.
- Participants who wish to have accommodation one day prior to the event dates i.e., on 13th October 2022 should inform about the same and should reach the college by 10:00 pm. Extra charges will be applied for early accommodation.
- Food will be provided to the participants at the venue from 14th lunch to 16th lunch. Participants who want additional food should inform the organizers and extra charges will be applied for extra meal.
- No one is allowed to enter the college between 10:00 pm and 5:00 am.
- Participants who are registered for the workshop and wish to participate in expo should register for both separately.
- Participants who need to avail transportation from nearby railway station and bus station please note the timings and pick up spots for the same and inform the organizers.
- If any misbehavior is noted from delegates, strict actions will be taken.
